"In Uncle Sam's Navy"
Cartoon on a postal card published by Karl Lewis, Yokohama, Japan,
probably prior to World War I, on the subject of big ship gunnery
accuracy. The name of USS Maryland (presumably Armored
Cruiser # 8) appears on the life ring in the upper left.
Despite the U.S. Navy identification, the uniforms look rather
German.
