Ships moored in the middle of the stream are (from left to center:
Japanese cruiser Yakumo (completed 1900);
USS Pittsburgh (CA-4);
French cruiser Jules Michelet (1908) with an aviso alongside; and
British cruiser Hawkins (1919).
