Korean Armistice Negotiations

U.N. Command Delegates Vice Admiral C. Turner Joy, USN (left), and Major General William K. Harrison, U.S. Army, walk to their helicopter after a conference session at Panmunjom, 7 May 1952.
This was the date that Communist prisoners of war at Koje-do captured Brigadier General Francis Dodd, the POW camp commandant.
MGen. Harrison relieved VAdm. Joy as Senior Delegate on 22 May 1952.
