Clements
Clements was photographer based in Washington, D.C., (in May
1919 his business address was 619 F. Street NW). During the mid-1920s
he took a significant number of photographs at Naval Air Station
Lakehurst, New Jersey. Some of these were made using panoramic
cameras.
Note: A 1928 photo gives the photographer's full name as Rell
Clements Jr.
